Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all products and services sold by Winman LLC, doing business as Creating Wins ("we," "us"), including AI machine software, industrial design services, custom development, and vending machine hardware. Our customers are businesses; all sales are B2B and invoiced directly.
Software Licenses
Software license fees are refundable in full within 30 days of purchase if the software has not been deployed to a production machine. Once software is deployed to one or more machines, license fees are non-refundable, but we will work with you to resolve any defect at no additional cost.
Custom Development & Design Services
Custom software development and industrial design work is billed against a written scope, typically in milestones.
- Before work begins: deposits and prepayments are refundable in full.
- Work in progress: you may cancel at any time; you pay only for milestones completed and accepted, and any unearned prepayment is refunded within 10 business days.
- Accepted milestones: fees for delivered work that has been reviewed and accepted are non-refundable.
Hardware & Machines
- Standard (non-customized) units: returnable within 30 days of delivery in original condition. A 15% restocking fee applies, and the buyer covers return freight.
- Custom-built or custom-branded units: non-refundable once production begins, since they are built to your specification. We will confirm your specification in writing before production starts.
- Defective units: hardware that arrives damaged or fails within 12 months under normal use will be repaired or replaced at our cost. If we cannot repair or replace it, we will refund the purchase price.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (including PayPal) within 10 business days of approval. We do not charge fees to process a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email richwinley@gmail.com with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
